Do I really need a Website Care Plan?

Can I sign up for a Website Care Plan even if you didn’t build my site?
In most cases, yes. We’ll do an initial site audit on your WordPress website to determine any outstanding issue that need to be resolved, then onboard you to the plan that best suits your needs.
What if my site breaks after an update?
We always perform updates carefully and monitor for issues. If something breaks during an update, we troubleshoot and begin working to resolve the issue immediately. Most of these types of issues can be resolved with a few minutes. However, backups also ensure we can restore your site quickly if needed.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
We take action immediately. Our team will restore your site from a secure backup and work to eliminate any vulnerabilities.
What happens if I don't update my website?
Outdated websites are more vulnerable to hacks, plugin conflicts, broken features, and slow performance. Regular updates reduce risk and keep your site running smoothly.
Do you offer emergency support?
Clients on our Plus or Premium plan receive VIP priority support. If you’re not on that plan but experience an urgent issue, we’ll do our best to assist you as quickly as possible, though additional fees may apply.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or adjust your plan as your needs change.
Do you offer content updates with Care Plans?
Our Plus and Premium plans include a fixed amount of hours each month for content updates. Whether it’s adding new photos, updating text, or posting blogs, we’ve got it covered.
What counts as a “content update”?
Content updates include text changes, image swaps, blog posts, or other minor edits to the content on your website. Larger tasks such as the addition of new features or redesigns may fall under project work and need to be quoted separately.

Is SEO included with my website?

Our Website Care Plans are designed for sites hosted on our servers, but we can support externally hosted sites on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your setup.
